This was a usual week of eating for me because I went out to eat twice during 2/3 days and I usually don't go out to eat very often at all, I also consume far more coffee than I did during this post as well. Finally, as a side note, if not otherwise listed I always have at least a glass or 2 of water with every meal or snack.

What I found interesting about your post is how food often seemed like a necessary afterthought that you knew you had to fit into your life but were so busy that it was much less of a ritual. From my own experience I'm often bothered by how much of our lives revolve around eating food. Sometimes you jut don't have the time to make a good, healthy meal and the easiest solution is to just pick something up. This means that we often sacrifice "good" food, for something that is fast, affordable and tasty enough.
