~8:30 am- Small bowl of off-brand Honey Nut Cheerios in my apartment because I'm a bit hungry. Bring a thermos of coffee with me to my anatomy class for the caffeine.
11:45 am- Leftover grilled chicken breast and carrots for lunch in my apartment, because I'm getting hungry again. Drink water, because I'm out of juice and I don't like drinking milk because I'm lactose intolerant, so I'd have to take a lactase supplement with it (like I did for my cereal earlier).
4:30 pm- Chipotle chips and guacamole at Folwell at the Hindi/Urdu conversation club I'm a part of, because its free and delicious. Then a piece of gum because I figured I probably had guac-breath.
6:15pm- Salad with lettuce, spinach, carrots and fried onions, beef and rice soup, an apple, and a strawberry frozen yogurt cone. At Comstock UDS with my co-workers after our staff meeting. Because I need dinner but am feeling too lazy to cook.
9 pm- Bag of Skittles (the purple bag), because they are yummy.
10:30 pm- 1/2 an order of Spinach and Artichoke dip with friends and coworkers at Applebee's. Because it's fun, tastes good and is 1/2 priced after 9.

9:15 am- Small bowl of off-brand Honey Nut Cheerios, a handful of unsalted raw almonds and a glass of Nature's Bounty apple juice, in my apartment. I hungry, and am have a craving for raw almonds.
11:30 am- Honey mustard pork, spinach salad with carrots, an orange, brownie and orange/apple berry juice at Sanford's UDS. I feel like I should eat lunch, so I'm not super hungry later.
5:30 pm- The left over chips at Hindi from the Hindi/Urdu conversation club from the day before. Again, because they are delicious and free.
9:30pm- Samples of international foods at Yudof Hall. I've tried a bit of crepe with nutella, some Korean beef stew, white rice, humus and pita bread, halwa, some sort of Chilian stew and probably more stuff I can't remember. I went because I haven't eaten a proper dinner yet, and I'm a CA, so its kinda my job to support these sort of things.

When you went to UDS, you made good choices - as a freshman living in a dorm, I know how easy it is to opt for the unhealthy option. It must be even harder to make healthy choices if you're lactose intolerant.. milk is where I get most of my daily nutrients. I think a lot of the nutritious decisions college students make are based on availability and price, and this is evident from your schedule (the free Chipotle and the availability of Skittles, but you still manage to have healthy food around your apartment. Kudos!
