The food i ate and tracked for three days:
Wednesday:
-8:45: Reese's puff cereals with Peak milk (half of a small bowl). Also ate a banana. I ate after getting ready to go to school. I ate at home and i did that because my class didn't start until 10:10, so i had time to eat at home.
-2:30: I ate rice and beef stew, drank water. I think the rice was like 6 table spoons. I ate after getting home from school. I was able to eat lunch at home because i got out of school at 1:15 and went home to eat.
-5:40: I ate ten pieces of strawberries. I also ate these at home. I ate these because i love strawberries and didn't want to eat dinner, so i just ate some strawberries.
Thursday:
-7:45: Reese's puff cereals with Peak milk (half of a small bowl) and four strawberries. I ate after getting ready to go to school. My class started at 9:45, so i got ready to be able to eat at home.
12:30: Grandma's cookies from a vending machine and a bottle of iced tea. I spend $2.10. I was waiting for a class, didn't bring lunch from home and was not going home until 2:30.
-6:40: Maize dough with spinach stew and drank water. I ate this at home, it was my dinner. I ate this because the stew was already available and i just needed to cook the maize dough.
Friday:
-7:45: Reese's puff cereals with Peak milk (half of a small bowl) and an orange. I ate at home just before my first class.
-1:25: Candied pecans and drank water. I brought all these from home. I had a break between one of my classes and didn't have lunch, so it was like my lunch.
-6:40:Beans with palm oil and gari and orange juice. I ate this at home, it was my dinner.
-7:30: Six strawberries, while watching television.
-9:00: Vanilla ice cream with pecans. it was friday, i didn't sleep early and i love ice cream.
