What goes in my stomach

3/2

7:45 am: 1 cup of Starbucks House Blend coffee, black (I have a major caffeine dependency, as you'll quickly notice. I make coffee in my room and this is my current blend of choice, which I always drink black so I won't note that in the rest of the log. I'm not usually hungry first thing in the morning so I don't eat breakfast).

11:30 am: 3 Target brand graham crackers, garlic hummus on 12-grain bread, water (I pack or buy a lunch on Tuesdays because my schedule doesn't really give me time to go back to my dorm. This week I packed, so this was what was in my room that day).

1:30 pm: 1 cup of Starbucks House Blend coffee (tired after having class all morning, stopped back in my room before afternoon lab and class).

3:45 pm: Handful of Tostitos white corn chips, Target brand medium chunky salsa (snack time, bought some corn chips to eat with the huge jar of delicious salsa in my room).

6:00 pm: Pita sandwich with cheddar, provolone, lettuce, onions, sprouts, green peppers, mayo and brown mustard, mashed potatoes, small bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with 1% milk, glass of 1% milk (Ate dinner at my dorm--Middlebrook UDS actually has a really good sandwich bar so I eat that a lot, the rest of the food was also from UDS. Note that I drink 1% milk--the dining hall only has 2% and skim so I mix them half and half. Cuz that's how I like it).

9:30 pm: Cup of Target brand limeade from concentrate (thirsty, so good).

10:00 pm: 1 cup of Starbucks House Blend coffee (tired again and need to do homework).

11:30 pm: Probably one slice of homemade key lime pie (Mom gave me a chunk of key lime pie and I shared it with a few people so I'm not sure how much I actually ate).

1:00 am: Target brand oatmeal with brown sugar, cinnamon, and raisins (having a homework party, my roommates and I always have oatmeal around and like to share it with people).

3/3

8:30 am: 1 cup of Starbucks House Blend coffee (good morning!)

11:45 am: 1 stick of string cheese (I was writing a paper back at my dorm and UDS did not sound appealing at all. I was planning to eat more later but by the time I remembered that it was almost dinnertime anyway).

5:30 pm: 3 Target brand graham crackers, 1/2 slice of pepperoni pizza, wrap with spinach tortilla, lettuce, tomato, bleu cheese, bacon, and buffalo sauce, rice krispy bar, cup of 1% milk, small bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream (all but the graham crackers were from UDS. I was super hungry after failing at eating all day, so I had a few graham crackers before we went down to dinner. Also the wraps at UDS are really good, I eat them pretty much every day).

6:30 pm: 1 cup of Starbucks House Blend coffee (post-dinner coffee, yum).

11:30 pm: Handful of Tostitos corn chips, Target brand salsa (midnight snack time in my room).

3/4

7:45 am: 1 cup of Starbucks House Blend coffee (morning...)

11:30 am: Wrap with spinach tortilla, lettuce, cheese, tomato and honey mustard, pasta with carrots, tofu, mushrooms, peapods and peanut sauce, cup of peach chunks, glass of 1% milk (UDS lunch with some friends).

3:45 pm: 1 cup of Starbucks House Blend coffee, handful of Tostitos corn chips (mid-afternoon coffee and snack time while doing homework).

6:00 pm: Slice of white pizza with black olives, English muffin with butter, 1/4 pita with hummus, sprouts, and tomato, rice krispy bar, glass of 1% milk (dinner at UDS, actually pretty good that day. I noticed that pretty much all my food was white. That wasn't on purpose.)

8:30 pm: Handful of Tostitos corn chips with lime juice, glass of 1% milk (still working through the bag of chips I bought on Tuesday, decided to make my own lime chips, they're good that way. I was thirsty so I drank some milk too).

9:00pm-12:00 am: 2 cups of lemon tea with honey, 3 chicken nuggets with honey (my friends and I make a lot of tea when we study together. I personally like a little bit of sweetener and honey is perfect. Someone brought a box of frozen chicken nuggets to share, turns out those are also really good with honey.)
